A: Each room accommodates two students. We will try our best to arrange students from the same team in the same room. However, if there is an odd number of students, room sharing with participants from other teams will be necessary.

Q: when is the closing ceromony going to be finished?

Q: any dresscode for some of the activities?
A: There is no dress code for the activities. Please feel free to wear whatever you like.

Q: For the mentors there is no Jury meeting scheduled, in the timetable. But shurely there will be one on August 9th, won’t it?

Q: observer students will be able to work on the same official group students for ESP or ITFI?
A: NO. Observer students cannot be grouped together with official students for ESP or ITFI. Observer students will form separate teams and are not eligible for any medals.
Added now in the file: GUEST OR OBSERVER STUDENTS WILL NOT BE IN OFFICIAL GROUPS – FOR ESP AND ITFI. THEY WILL FORM SEPARATE GROUPS AND WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO MEDALS.
Q: Do the students need to have their own laptop ?
A: For the Written Test (WT), the organizing committee will provide computers for students to take the test. Students are not allowed to use their own laptops for the WT. However, for ITFI and ESP, students can use their own laptops.
Q: short films to show / introduce the team group performance?
A: No group performance is needed. Just like last year, you only need to provide a short video showing the landscapes and culture of your country or region.
